Live Services delivered both small and extensive stormwater rectification works to undersized problem areas with the Inner West and Sydney City regions. The rectification works successfully increased the overall hydraulic capacity of the network.

This project included the removal of an existing house structure, a substantial cut into a hill and the construction of a new basement in preparation for a luxury new build. The project presented several challenges given the significant grade of the hill and the required soil stability for the sizeable build.

This project involved the removal of an existing house structure and slab. Post removal, the construction of a retaining wall, 15 space carpark and equipment storage area significantly improved the use and value of the land.
